For five flavorful days, the island welcomed five internationally renowned chefs, who cooked alongside talented local chefs to create exclusive gourmet menus that delighted food lovers from around the world.
This annual event once again celebrated fine dining, culinary creativity, and Caribbean flavors, offering immersive experiences for both seasoned gastronomes and curious visitors.
Highlights From the 2025 Edition:
The program featured a variety of culinary moments, tastings, and friendly competitions:
• Exclusive masterclasses led by guest chefs
• St-Barth Bartender Contest & Waiter Race, full of energy and skill
• Les Petites Toques (Young Chefs) workshops to inspire the next generation
• And the major new feature of this edition: an open-air culinary show on the Rockefeller quay in Gustavia, where chefs cooked live with the island’s fishermen in a festive waterfront setting
