Villa NYX

Perched above Colombier Bay, Villa NYX is a contemporary hillside residence where architecture unfolds in measured layers, following the natural slope of the land.

Rather than imposing itself on the landscape, the villa is carefully anchored into the cliff, allowing each level to open fully toward the Caribbean horizon.

The architecture is composed across three cascading terraces, creating a rhythm of horizontal planes that frame the sea while preserving intimacy and flow between spaces. Expansive openings dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior, encouraging a constant dialogue with light, air, and the surrounding nature.

Inside, the design favors restraint and material balance: warm wood tones, natural stone, and soft textiles temper the villa’s clean lines. Each suite is conceived as a private retreat, oriented toward the view, where daylight and shadow shape the atmosphere throughout the day.

Outdoor spaces extend the architectural narrative. The infinity pool, suspended above the bay, becomes a visual continuation of the ocean itself, while shaded lounges and terraces offer moments of calm and contemplation.
